Even my closet friends tremble with fear, when I engage my mind. LOL. Anyway, I was thinking tonight that there should be a special blog group of bloggers who want to do their best to change the conditions of the world as we know it. I have many causes that I support, like St. Jude's Children's Hospital, breast cancer awareness, anti-violence, looking for America's lost moral compass. Pick one and join me.
I'm currently urging parents, grandparents, and other child care providers to be smart and protect children from exposure to violence. Children are often exposed to violence in dysfunctional families, and also in violent video games, movies, television, etc. These children become desensitized to violence which increases the chance that they will carry on the legacy of violence and abuse.
Don't be afraid of your children. As a parent or other responsible child care provider, we have the right to protect our children and the children around us from exposure to violence.
If every blogger on the Internet will support me in protecting children from violence and warning others, we can make a big difference in the world in the not so long distant future.
Don't just read this post and do nothing. You can change the world. If not you, then who?
